The Position
We're looking for a talented and driven designer with a focus on user interface design and branding. The ideal candidate has an excellent eye for clean, purposeful design and the skills to translate client requirements and project briefs into high-fidelity prototypes and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Website Manager and Creative Manager to define and implement innovative solutions for the creative direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to implementation.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and clients.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Conceptualize and implement logo design and brand development for clients of all sizes.
- Create ads that are optimized for social media.
- Create display advertisements.

Qualifications
- 2+ Years of design experience in a professional setting while working with clients
- Thorough understanding of Adobe Suite
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Design, Art, and/or Marketing preferred, but not required

Interpersonal Qualifications
- Ability to effectively and concisely present your designs and sell your solutions to various clients
- A clear understanding of brand research and development
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Able to share the most relevant gif within the shortest time possible
- Know the correct way to pronounce “gif.”
