BigPxl Announces the Promotion of Ila Vandel to General Manager

BigPxl is pleased to announce the promotion of Ila Vandel to the position of General Manager. She will oversee all aspects of sales and operations.

This well-deserved promotion reflects Ila’s skills, dedication, and contributions to BigPxl and BigPxl’s clients over the past 2-and-a-half years. 

Ila started with BigPxl in March 2021 as a consultant and strategist, quickly bringing energy and a steady presence to the team. In January 2022, Ila was promoted to strategist manager, overseeing the strategists as BigPxl grew its steady client base.

“From Day 1, we knew we had an exceptional leader on our team with Ila,” Managing Partner Drew Owen says. “She’s a natural fit to take our company into the future.”

Throughout her time at BigPxl, Ila has focused on current client growth, training strategists and consultants to deepen client relationships, and helping the company to expand its presence to national accounts.

Ila has also recently been named to the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, Missouri. She joins other community leaders overseeing that organization’s 35th anniversary year and beyond.
